Fill every berth. Run the voyage offline.
Cabins sold by type, agent allocations, guest checks before boarding, and crew phones that keep the manifest and emergency plan when the boat is far from any tower.
The voyage, without the loose ends.
What operators tell us costs the most time, and what changes.
A cabin plan shows booked, shared, held and open cabins, and solo travellers can share a twin.
Agents and partner shops get berth allocations of their own, held until you release them.
Insurance, medical, diet and flights are checked before boarding. Passport details are deleted 30 days after disembarkation.
Crew phones download the voyage before departure. Roll calls, logs, gear issues and incidents work offline and sync later.
A voyage, start to finish.
From the first day on the itinerary to the passports deleted after you land, this is where DiveHive sits on a liveaboard.
Plan the voyage, day by day.
A voyage is one trip of several days on one boat with one crew. Dives, groups and logs work the way they do on your day trips, inside it.
- An itinerary for every day. Area, planned dives and night dives for each day, from the embarkation port to the last morning.
- Plan against actual. The plan stays in the itinerary. The logs record where you really dived.
- One crew for the whole voyage. Assign the crew once, with the same conflict warnings as the rest of your schedule.
Sell every berth.
Cabins go out through your own site, agents, partner shops and Discover, and the cabin plan always shows what is left.
- A cabin plan by type. Doubles, twins, singles and dorms, each with its own price. Booked, shared, held and open at a glance, and your staff assign the berths.
- Solo travellers share. A solo diver can ask to share a twin, with a same-gender option, so the second berth does not sail empty.
- Agents and partner shops get berths of their own. Each allocation is held for them until you release it. A berth is never sold twice.
- Found in Discover. The Liveaboards section lists your voyages, each with its own page: itinerary map, cabin availability and the boat’s profile.
- A waitlist per cabin type. When a cabin frees up, the next diver waiting for that type gets the offer.
Ready before the lines come off.
A voyage asks more of a guest than a day trip, so the checks start days before boarding and you see per guest what is still missing.
- Insurance and medical. Insurance is mandatory and the medical form has to be recent. Nitrox divers need the card.
- Certification and dives for this itinerary. Each itinerary sets its minimum level and number of dives. A guest who falls short is flagged on the booking.
- Diet, gear and gas. Diet is required. Tank type (aluminium or steel), DIN or INT and nitrox are planned per guest for the whole voyage.
- Flights, pickup and passports. Arrival and departure, pickup, and the passport details the port manifest needs. The crew’s phones show only “passport on file”.
Departure: the voyage goes onto the phones.
Before the lines come off, each crew phone downloads the voyage. After that it needs no tower.
- Everything the crew needs. Manifest, divers, briefings, the emergency plan and the gear list.
- Ready, and you can see it is. A phone tells you when the voyage is ready offline, so nobody finds out at sea that it is not.
- Sensitive documents stay off the phones. The crew sees “passport on file” and “medical clearance on file”, never the documents.
Days at sea, with no signal needed.
The boat is out of range and the voyage keeps running. Everything the crew does is saved on the phone and syncs when you are back in range.
- Roll calls after every dive. Count the divers back on board, offline.
- Group logs, gear issues and incidents. Written on the phone, kept on the phone, synced later.
- The captain changes the site, everyone sees it. Move the area or a site for weather or current. Guests see the new plan and the logs record where you actually dived.
- The day on every guest’s phone and the salon screen. Wake-up, dive slots, meals and briefings, running from the boat’s own cache.
Extras go on the bill, not in a notebook.
Drinks, nitrox and souvenirs are added as they happen and land on the guest’s statement.
- A line for everything. Add drinks, nitrox fills and souvenirs as lines on the statement, at the price you set.
- Nothing to copy out. The statement is built from the lines, so there is no tally sheet to retype at the end of the voyage.
- No surprises at the end. The guest statement shows each line, so the final total is no surprise.
Home: logs, reviews, and the passports gone.
Once the boat is tied up, the voyage becomes something each guest keeps and something you can be found by.
- Verified logs in every logbook. Every dive of the voyage lands in each guest’s logbook, verified by your crew.
- Reviews from guests who were aboard. Only guests who sailed with you can review the voyage.
- Passports deleted after 30 days. Passport details are deleted 30 days after disembarkation, unless an open incident needs them kept.
- Guests keep their accounts. They stay on their own free logbook accounts, with your boat in their history.

Questions operators ask.
How is a liveaboard priced?
It is priced per boat and month, with the Liveaboard module on top of the base. The figure above is the price for your region, before tax.
How does it work without signal?
Crew phones download the voyage before departure. Roll calls, logs, gear issues and incidents work offline and sync when the boat is back in range.
Can agents sell our cabins?
Yes. Give agents and partner shops berth allocations of their own.
What happens to passport details?
They are collected for the port manifest and deleted 30 days after disembarkation.
Can I run more than one boat?
Yes. Cabin plans, crews and voyages are kept per boat, each boat is priced on its own, and every further boat adds the Liveaboard module at 20% less.
Does it work for long expeditions?
A voyage can run as many days as you need, each with its own area and planned dives. Crew phones carry it offline for the whole trip.
Who sees my guests’ data?
Only the people who need it. Passport details are encrypted and deleted 30 days after disembarkation, and the crew’s phones show only “passport on file” and “medical clearance on file”. Guests keep their own free accounts.
